What we study
- Catchment and demand — population, disease burden, referral patterns and how far patients currently travel.
- Competition — existing hospitals, their specialties, empanelments, accreditation and gaps they leave open.
- Payer mix — PM-JAY, CGHS/ECHS, state schemes such as RGHS, insurers and cash patients, and what each means for revenue.
- Service mix and size — which specialties, how many beds, OTs, ICU beds, dialysis stations or dental chairs.
- Regulatory path — every licence the services need, and the NABH programme you should target and when.
- Financials — capital cost, operating costs, ramp-up, break-even and returns, with sensitivity to occupancy and payer mix.
What you receive
A clear recommendation — build, change the plan, or don't — backed by a financial model you can test, and a project report in the format lenders use. If the answer is yes, the same work feeds directly into planning and design.
Frequently asked questions
What does a hospital feasibility study include?
Catchment and demand analysis, a competition map, the right service mix and bed or chair count, government scheme and insurance potential, staffing, capital and operating cost estimates, revenue projections, break-even and return analysis, risks, and the licensing and accreditation path for the planned services.
Will banks accept your project report?
Our project reports are prepared in the structure lenders expect — project cost, means of finance, projected financials, debt service coverage and sensitivity analysis. Acceptance is always the bank's decision.
